The Application Process for Desoto Mobile Home Park
1. Fill out and Sign the attached application form
Include the following Items with the Application
a. Copy of Picture ID for Person(s) signing the Application (ie: Drivers License, ID Card)
b. Consent form for Release of Information
2. Payment for a Credit Check – Required for All Applications
Fees are as follows and must be included with the Application:
$100.00 per Person for the Credit Check
Checks: Made out to D.P.H.A Inc
Credit Card: Processing Fee will be added.
*Application Fee is Non-Refundable*
3. Pets
Small house pets are allowed, 25 pounds or under, One (1) dog per household
Application Fee: $50.00 Non-Refundable
Acceptance into Desoto Mobile Home Park
1. Completed and Passed the Background Check
2. Interview with the Park Manager and 2 Board Members
3. Expected to coordinate and observe all Park Rules and Regulations
4. Pay the $500.00 Entrance Fee
IMPORTANT:
If you wish to purchase a home already in the park you must be Approved, before making a payment to the seller. Its is important that you check with the Park Management to be sure the home may remain in the park before you make a payment to the seller.
